The overall objective of the Project is to reach out to disadvantaged families in the slum areas surrounding the church, especially the Namuwongo slum, by offering psycho – social
support using various mechanisms.
Governance Of Touch Lives Ministries
Reverend Moses Henry Isabirye, currently Assistant Vicar of St. Stephen’s Kisugu is in charge of all missions’ related work. As such he has the overall oversight responsibility for Touch Lives Ministries as the Vicar’s representative to the team.
Working closely with Rev. Isabirye is a Project Advisory Committee (PAC). This committee is made up of dedicated men and women, appointed by the Vicar from amongst the church congregation. They work as volunteers and support the work of a small paid staff of two; – The Project Coordinator and Field Officer
